Overview:

Everybody has different aims and expectations when it comes to music. Whether you are a complete beginner, or have some experience, please do get in touch by phone, text, or email to discuss in more detail what you want to achieve and how Alex can help you to do this. It can be daunting trying a first lesson and even finding the right instructor. Therefore, please make use of asking Alex as many questions as you need to and make use of the free taster session to see how it goes, and from there you can decide if you want to continue. You never know, you might really like it! But you won’t know unless you try!

Types of Lessons:

Piano Lessons – All ages are welcome, whether a complete beginner or with a little bit of experience. Piano lessons include more that just playing the keys. We will cover theory, and other technical aspects that will help you to progress your skills.

Music Theory Lessons – These can be independent of playing, especially if you play another instrument, just want to learn about theory, or are just pursuing theory exams, including GCSE and BTEC exams.

Platforms:

In Person – In the comfort of your own home, or in the instructors home. This is for those in the Chelmsford District, Essex, and close surrounding areas,

Online – These lessons are held virtually over an online provider, such as Microsoft Teams. There is no limit to distance here, so whether you are in Cornwall, or Edinburgh, Alex will be delighted to meet you.

Times:

Alex runs a flexible schedule so lessons can be weekly or fortnightly, and do not necessarily have to be on the same day each week. This is a matter which can be agreed upon booking.
